Before you write
A little context goes a long way and usually saves a round trip:
- Write from — or mention — the email address you use to sign in, so we can find your account.
- Tell us whether you are using the web app or the mobile app, and what device you are on.
- For bugs, describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help a lot.
